These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Fezitee website, online learning platform, masterclass content, and any related services provided by Fezitee. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Fezitee.
Fezitee reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
By using this platform, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- You are not prohibited from using the platform under any applicable law
- All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
If you are accessing the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Creating an Account
Certain features of the platform require you to register an account. When registering, you agree to provide truthful and accurate information and to keep your account details up to date.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify Fezitee immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access or breach of your account security.
3.3 Account Restrictions
You may not share your account credentials with any third party. Accounts are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly permitted in writing by Fezitee. Fezitee reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Use of the Platform
4.1 Permitted Use
You may use the platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial educational purposes, unless you have entered into a separate written agreement with Fezitee permitting commercial use.
4.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without prior written authorisation
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its underlying systems
- Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract content from the platform
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology forming part of the platform
- Upload, transmit, or distribute any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Use the platform to harass, abuse, threaten, or harm any other user or third party
- Engage in any activity that disrupts, interferes with, or impairs the operation of the platform
- Use the platform in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations
4.3 Content Accuracy
The educational content available on Fezitee, including all budget preparation masterclasses and instructional materials, is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute professional financial, legal, or advisory services. You should seek independent professional advice before making financial decisions.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership
All content on the Fezitee platform, including but not limited to video lessons, written materials, graphics, course structures, software, trademarks, and branding, is the exclusive property of Fezitee or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5.2 Limited Licence
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Fezitee grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This licence does not include the right to sublicense, sell, or commercially exploit any content.
5.3 User Submissions
If you submit any content to the platform, including comments, feedback, or other materials, you grant Fezitee a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating and improving the platform. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
6.1 Fees
Access to certain courses and features may require payment of fees. All applicable fees will be displayed clearly before purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorise Fezitee to charge the stated amount using your selected payment method.
6.2 Billing
For subscription-based access, billing occurs on a recurring basis at the frequency selected at the time of purchase. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain current and valid.
6.3 Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined by the refund policy in effect at the time of your purchase. Please review the applicable refund terms before completing your transaction. Fezitee reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the stated criteria.
6.4 Price Changes
Fezitee reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Where applicable, existing subscribers will be given reasonable notice before any price change takes effect.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
The platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. These links are provided for convenience only. Fezitee does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is governed entirely by their respective terms and policies.
8. Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood how Fezitee collects, uses, and protects your personal information.
9. Disclaimers
The platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Fezitee does not warrant that:
- The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
- Any content is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your specific purposes
- Results obtained from using the platform will meet your expectations
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fezitee expressly disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fezitee and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, even if Fezitee has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall Fezitee's total cumulative liability to you exceed the amount you paid to Fezitee in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred euros (€100), whichever is greater.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fezitee and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use of or access to the platform
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
- Any content you submit to the platform
12. Termination
Fezitee reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting Fezitee or using the account management tools available within the platform. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as expressly provided in the applicable refund policy.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply after termination, including sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
13. Modifications to the Platform
Fezitee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without notice or liability. We may update, add, or remove features, content, or functionality as we see fit in order to improve the user experience and maintain platform quality.
14. Governing Terms
These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Fezitee with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Fezitee's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
